Nextgen Interarts Foundation

Welcome to NextGen InterArts Foundation, where creativity meets opportunity!

We empower the next generation through interdisciplinary arts education that connects creativity, culture, and global opportunity.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we design competitions, workshops, and international programs that help students think across disciplines, expand their perspectives, and develop the skills needed for an evolving world.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to cultivating a healthy mindset, supporting mental well-being, and building inclusive creative communities where young people can grow with confidence and purpose.

Contest will be open for submission August 2026!

The XC Creative Art Contest celebrates cross-disciplinary creativity — with no set theme.

Students are encouraged to push boundaries and explore the intersections of art with science, music, literature, and beyond, guided only by their imagination.

Open to participants in grades 6 to 12, the contest fosters innovation, originality, and critical thinking.

MusicOn+ InterArt Festival 2026 Preview

MusicOn+ InterArts Festival treats art viewing as something that happens in real time, not something closed by a caption. In October, the New York edition stages image, sound, and conversation in the same space, inviting interpretation to stay open, contested, and alive.

Student Blog & Journalism

NIF Student Blog & Journalism Program is a global, creative volunteer-style program for students who love to observe, think, create, and express.

In this program, students become their own journalists — documenting their ideas, experiences, and perspectives through writing, photography, and video, and publishing their work on the official NIF platform.

This is a space where student voices matter.

Youth International Residency Program

The Youth International Residency Program is a selective, month-long experience designed to support emerging artists in deepening their interdisciplinary practice. Participants are drawn from contest honorees and an additional curated selection of young creatives whose work reflects strong conceptual and cross-disciplinary exploration.

Artist Residency Program

The Artist Residency Program is a flexible, open-call opportunity for adult artists seeking dedicated time and support to expand their interdisciplinary practice. Selected artists coordinate their residency period in collaboration with NIF, allowing for a timeline that fits their individual project needs.

The program emphasizes process, experimentation, and exchange through mentorship, studio work, and public engagement.

Workshops

Free to join, our workshops bring together students, artists, and community members through creative learning and holistic experiences.
