Minyue Zhai, LMHC
NextGen InterArts Foundation invites Minyue Zhai, LMHC, a Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor, to share insights on adolescent development and offer practical guidance for improving family communication.
Consulting Counselor, Babson College Counseling and Psychological Services
With over 20 years of experience in adolescent counseling and family therapy, Minyue works closely with students and families and collaborates with schools, including Phillips Academy Andover, Walnut Hill School, BBN School, Noble & Greenough School, Dana Hall School, and Lawrence Academy.
Her specialties include adolescent anxiety and depression, family communication challenges, and trauma-informed therapy. She practices CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches and focuses on the unique challenges faced by Asian and immigrant families.
